Actual cash value is the replacement cost minus the depreciation in the home’s value.

We offer both escrow billing through your lender and installment payment options of 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 payments a year.

HomeFirst® offers online payments for mobile home policies only. You can make a mobile home insurance payment online using our online payment portal. HomeFirst® Agency can take online payments but does not offer auto draft.

For other insurance policy payments, check with the insurance company that the policy is through to see if they offer online payment or auto draft options.
